This passionfruit cheesecake is out of this world!

Passion Fruit Cheesecake Recipe


For the crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup passion fruit puree (fresh or canned)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the passion fruit sauce:

  • 1/2 cup passion fruit puree

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are moistened and evenly coated with butter.

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to press down the crumbs firmly and evenly.

  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.

  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

  6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  7. Mix in the passion fruit puree and vanilla extract.

  8. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.

  9. Bake the cheesecake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

  10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.

  11. While the cheesecake is cooling, prepare the passion fruit sauce. In a saucepan, combine the passion fruit puree, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Whisk the mixture together and cook over medium heat until it thickens and becomes glossy.

  12. Once the cheesecake has cooled, pour the passion fruit sauce over the top. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

  13. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until it is fully chilled.

  14. Once chilled, slice the cheesecake and serve. Enjoy the tangy and sweet flavors of passion fruit in every bite
