Cilantro Lime Rice
Ingredients
6 cups water
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 cups long-grain white rice
3 tablespoon butter
½ cup chopped cilantro
3-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1-2 teaspoon lime zest
Method
Rinse rice until water runs clear
Melt butter in a pot. Add rice and stir until translucent.
Add salt and water, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in lime juice, zest and cilantro.
