My team at the Gates Foundation has been looking for ways to reconnect after months of working from home. Marianne suggested that we cook a dish from Africa, as a way of connecting with the cultures where we work even when we could not travel. Marianne selected a Congolese chicken dish, and sent us instructions and ingredients lists. The class was a lot of fun and Marianne is so outgoing and warm. We all had a great time and learned about the food and culture. Thank you!
